Cerberus Terms of Service

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access Cerberus. You may not:

• Resell, leak, share or redistribute Cerberus files.
• Bypass, crack, tamper with or disable protections.
• Use unofficial loaders, forks or cracked executors.

Cerberus uses keys, HWID checks, session validation and security systems to prevent unauthorized access.

• You must keep your key private and secure.
• Keys may be HWID-bound or device-limited.
• Unauthorized loaders, tampering or cracking = instant termination.

You agree not to use Cerberus to:

• Engage in illegal activity or real-money exploitation.
• Harass players or disrupt multiplayer environments.
• Reverse engineer, dump or debug Cerberus code.
• Attack, overload or exploit Cerberus servers/APIs.

To maintain security and detect fraud, Cerberus may collect:

• Executor + environment information.
• System details for HWID verification.
• Session timestamps + integrity events.
• IP metadata (region, ISP, proxy/VPN detection).
• Loader usage, error events and injection logs.

Cerberus does NOT collect passwords, personal files, private messages or unrelated system data.

Cerberus may push updates to loaders, validation systems, scripts and security layers. These updates may be mandatory.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Executor incompatibility or future changes.
• HWID resets, key loss or moderation actions.
• User misconfiguration, bans or misuse.

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if tampering, unauthorized usage, sharing or other violations are detected.

Cerberus is provided “as-is.” No guarantee of uptime, compatibility or performance. Use may violate game TOS; you assume all risk.

Cerberus is not liable for bans, lost accounts, lost profits or damages. Your only remedy is to stop using the Service.
